On 6th November 2020, Saint Kitts became the fourth Caribbean nation to announce they will allow citizenship by investment applicants to include siblings as part of a family application.

An official memo was circulated to authorized agents, such as La Vida, and stated that siblings of the main applicant, or his/her spouse, can now be included in their application providing they meet the following criteria:

  • Unmarried;
  • Childless;
  • 30 years of age or younger;
  • Dependent on the applicant for financial support.

The additional government fee to include a dependent sibling will be $20,000 under the donation route or $40,000 under the real estate route. The standard due diligence and processing fees also apply.

Earlier this summer the government of Saint Kitts and Nevis announced a reduction in the cost of citizenship by donation for families of four, down to $150,000 + fees. This limited-time offer is due to expire 31st December 2020, so we urge potential applicants to act fast to meet this deadline.
